Our History
Founded in 2004, Veritas Construction specializes in industrial and commercial general contracting throughout the United States, with regional offices located in Salt Lake City, UT and Houston, TX.
Travis Richardson, President and Co-founder, brings over 25 years of construction experience to the company. His unique background working on all sides of the construction process – as a subcontractor, general contractor, and owner’s representative – allows Veritas to develop holistic, workable solutions to the challenges that exist in building, beginning in the preconstruction phase. He has managed projects in a variety of industries, with a single-project value exceeding $1 billion.
Maygen Richardson, Co-founder and CEO, brings extensive background in risk management and process improvement. Her proactive approach ensures the company addresses potential issues through meticulous process development across all organizational levels. Collaborating closely with the team, Maygen consistently identifies and eliminates operational silos, fostering a streamlined construction experience for the team and clients.
Jose Hernandez, Director of Operations, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the organization. With a solid foundation in personnel management and a broad spectrum of construction roles under his belt, Jose adeptly oversees the operations team. His multifaceted industry background equips him with a holistic understanding of construction processes. Jose excels in cultivating robust relationships with clients, contractors, and team members, demonstrating a proven track record of effective leadership and team motivation.
