The Dallas Solar retrofit project consisted of 139,262 SQ FT. Updates to the office space included new flooring, a revamped kitchenette, redesigned office suites, and a new training room. The warehouse area was equipped with energy-efficient LED lighting and HVLS fans. In line with our client’s sustainability goals, we also installed outdoor electrical car charging stations.
